Terma dan Syarat
Sila baca Terma dan Syarat Am (“Terma”) ini dengan teliti. Dengan menggunakan Perkhidmatan (seperti yang ditakrifkan di bawah), anda bersetuju bahawa anda telah membaca, memahami, menerima dan bersetuju dengan Terma ini. Anda juga bersetuju bahawa penyata-penyata di bawah adalah benar dan tepat.
Jika anda tidak bersetuju dengan mana-mana terma dan syarat yang dinyatakan di sini dan ingin menghentikan penggunaan Perkhidmatan, sila jangan terus menggunakan Perkhidmatan (seperti yang ditakrifkan di bawah).
2. Vehicles shall not be used for the purposes stated below:-
The company shall have the right to terminate the Renter and take immediate possession of the vehicle if the Renter fails to comply with any terms and conditions of this agreement or if the vehicle is damaged or suspected to be involved in any illegal activities or being suspicious.
The termination of the hire under the authority of this clause shall be without prejudice to the other rights of the company and the rights of the Renter under this agreement or otherwise.
• All penalties related to traffic and/or parking offences from the JPJ,TRAFFIC POLICE, PDRM or any other relevant authorities is the responsibility of the Renter and will charge the Renter's credit card, security deposit or demand the excess through cash or online transfer if there is any outstanding sum for any traffic and/or parking offence infringement fees incurred by the Renter and/or any sort of document letter sent to the company’s office. The Renter undertakes, in the event that the Renter receives notice of any traffic or parking offenses incurred by the Renter, to send a copy of any such notice to the company as soon as is practicable and to provide the necessary information to the relevant issuing authority for such notices to be directed to the Renter. The Renter has the right to complain about, query or object to the alleged offence to the issuing enforcement authority and has a right to seek a court hearing. Any summon tickets by the Renter paid by the company will be charged additional administration fee of RM100. Speed limit for highway in Malaysia is 110km/h, while Federal and state roads is 90km/h under Malaysian traffic law. Please drive carefully and obey traffic rules.
20. Delivery & Collection Fees

Restricted Cargo: Renters are strictly prohibited from using rental vehicles for transporting large volumes of goods, including but not limited to furniture, appliances, or any items associated with home or office relocation.

Weight Limit Compliance: The renter must ensure that the vehicle is not overloaded beyond its designated weight capacity.

Damage Liability: Any damage caused due to overloading or misuse of the vehicle for transporting large or heavy items will be the full responsibility of the renter, including repair costs.

Rental Termination: If the vehicle is found to be used for such purposes, GHV Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd reserves the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement without a refund.

Inspection Rights: The company reserves the right to inspect the vehicle at any time to ensure compliance with this policy.

Strictly prohibited: The renter is not allowed to take the rented vehicle across international borders.

The vehicle must remain within Malaysia at all times during the rental period.

If the vehicle is taken outside Malaysia without prior written approval from the Company, the renter will be subject to:

A penalty fee of RM5,000.

Immediate termination of the rental agreement with no refund.

Full liability for any damages, losses, or legal issues arising from unauthorized cross-border travel.
